This piece was an experiment into more nocturnal style painting. The dull colors and light reflections give a moody feeling, yet the piece is somehow still vibrant and, in my opinion, positive. As we round the turn getting ready to enter Union Square, we can see traditional triple decker apartments and in the distance, one of the new polygonal superstructures behind the police station.
